Seldovia Boat Harbor is in the center of Seldovia. It is located in a beautiful natural setting and is strategically located very close to many healthy fisheries. The Seldovia Boat Harbor is an ice free year round harbor with twenty 25 foot slips, one hundred six 32 foot slips, eighteen 42 foot slips and has numerous transient moorage areas. In addition to the moorage slips Seldovia Boat Harbor offers a seaplane ramp for transient parking. Most slips have electrical power available and many have access to fresh water.

Seldovia Boat Harbor has a modern fish cleaning float with fresh water cleaning stations. Use of the fish cleaning float is free to slip owners and overnight paying transient guests. The fish cleaning float is available on a space available basis for everyone else for a fee of $10.00 per use payable at the Harbor Master Building. Seldovia also offers a repair grid to slip owners for a nominal fee.

The City of Seldovia operates the only boat haul-out and storage service on the south side of Kachemak Bay. Haul-outs and launches are available to all vessel owners/operators at reasonable rates. Harbor slip owners receive a discount for storing their vessels in the Seldovia boat storage yard. Most of the storage locations have electrical power available and the majority of the storage locations are behind a fenced off area.
